Getting that "Invalid Token"?

We have had reports of users starting to get a message when they log into our site. If you have tried ot log in and have gotten a white page sating "Invlaid Token" do not fret too much.

Please make sure you are not adding "www." to the url. Our URLs are all without the "www".

The Cause

When a user sees "Invalid Token", this is a message letting the user and the log files that the software either already has that user account marked as logged in or that there is a conflict and it does not recognize the user handle. Usualy this is because of multiple cookies on your system that our site reads. This was a security feature that our CMS added in, however has proven to be a bit too strict at times. This is why you see the "Invalid Token" message once in a while.
